Office Administrator

We’re looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations and keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office support, scheduling, and phone/email communication
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Support accounting/admin tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or payroll assistance
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office needs
  • Provide support to leadership and internal teams as needed


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office administration or clerical experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
