Office Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to support the daily administrative and operational activities of a fast-growing PropTech company. The role involves coordinating office operations, supporting property-related processes, managing vendor and client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of internal workflows and customer service operations.

The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic real estate technology environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operational coordination.
  • Maintain company records, and documentation.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.

Operations Management

  • Support sales and leasing teams with documentation and CRM updates.
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
  • Ensure timely processing of client requests and internal approvals.

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Follow up on pending tasks, payments, etc
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration or operations, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or startups.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with property management software or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of real estate operations and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate operations is an advantage.

  • Timely completion of operational tasks.

  • Client and vendor satisfaction.
