Office Administrator
Full-Time | $20 – $22/hour based on experience

The Role

Our Office Administrator plays a crucial role in the success of our company by supporting our sales process and delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and order products for install jobs and contractor accounts
• Provide clients with accurate information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and customer concerns
• Document and maintain up-to-date customer records
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our evolving product and service offerings
• Uphold our company's commitment to superb customer service in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Consistently positive and professional attitude
• Knowledge of SalesPad would be helpful but is not required
• Ability to pass Drug Screen and Background Check

Established in 1992, Hearth & Home is a full-service hearth design center that provides top-notch services and installations. We offer a wide range of materials to keep our customers warm, including both gas and wood-burning fireplaces, pellet stoves, gas logs, electric fireplaces and logs, and fireplace accessories. While fireplaces and stoves are our main business, we have products for other parts of the house as well, including shower doors, closet shelving, mirrors, and outdoor living accessories.
