Front Office Administrator

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Position

Shaded Glass is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Office Administrator to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously.
  • Manage company email inboxes and voicemail messages.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, vendor communications, and sales follow-up requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their project experience.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and project information within Shaded Glass software.
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order materials and inventory for upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and communicate scheduling updates with customers and installers.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative reporting as needed.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support team members and assist with additional administrative tasks when needed.
  • Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
