Job Responsibilities:
Document control and filing management
Handling SIRA portal works and submissions
Preparing quotations and proposals
Coordinating with clients and office staff
Following up with clients and project updates
General administrative support as required
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in document control / office administration preferred
Knowledge of SIRA portal work will be an advantage
Ability to prepare professional quotations and follow up with clients
