Job description:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Lady Engineering Graduate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling office operations efficiently while assisting the management in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital & physical).
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting arrangements.
- Support HR and procurement activities including record maintenance.
- Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles will be an added advantage.
