We deliver premium services to global clients, combining technology, efficiency, and creativity. We are now looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Administrator / Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics operations and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Role Overview:

The Office Administrator / Logistics Coordinator will oversee the daily administrative and logistical functions of the organization. This includes handling work orders, managing communication with clients and vendors, scheduling logistics, and assisting management in executing day-to-day business activities efficiently.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, communicates fluently in English, and can work independently during PST (Pacific Standard Time) business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between management, vendors, and clients.
  • Answer calls and emails professionally during PST business hours.
  • Prepare and manage work orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Track, place, and expedite logistics and furniture orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate furniture installations and delivery timelines.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Reconcile invoices and process vendor/client payments and back charges.
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and team calendars.
  • Maintain organized digital records and reports in Excel and online systems.
  • Support the General Manager and Logistics Manager in administrative planning.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time | 8-hour shift aligned with PST business hours
  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,949.93 - ₹40,070.91 per month
