Office Administrator/Graphic Design

Office Administrator

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Fun work environment looking for a creative mind that can manage multiple projects and doesn't mind to fill in other departments as needed. Excellent customer service skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail are key!

Responsibilities:

1. Answer Phone

2. Assist walk in customers

2. Monitor and respond to email

3. Order Inventory

4. Order office supplies

5. Project Management

6. Other related duties as may be required from time to time.

Outcomes:

1. Office is clean and organized

2. Customers are responded to in a timely manner

3. Orders are processed and invoiced in a timely manner

Necessary Skills:

1. Strong customer service skills

2. Attention to detail

3. Multi-tasking

4. Time management

5. An ability and willingness to work in a team environment, to take on new tasks, methods and procedures.

Education & Required Experience: Associates degree or equivalent experience. Illustrator and Quick Books Online experience a plus.

Type of Employment: Full-Time, M – F, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
