Position: Office Administrator & Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and friendly Office Admin/Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office workflow and creating a welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries
  • Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and stationery inventory
  • Manage incoming/outgoing inquiry call, mail, emails, and courier services
  • Support HR and management in documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and basic office reports
  • Assist in event coordination and office communication
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
