We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Office Manager to lead our family communication, customer service, and marketing efforts to foster meaningful engagement with prospective and current camp families. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help recruit new camp families and communicate year-round with all camp stakeholders while promoting the camp's culture and values. This position will also play an important role in administration and transportation logistics. This will be an office-based position, including when camp is session.
Responsibilities:
- Being the trusted first contact for prospective and existing families, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Help in promotion of the camp and connecting to our families by leading tours for prospective families, facilitating Open Houses, and attending camp fairs
- With the Director, develop and implement a broad marketing strategies that promote our camp, culture, and mission through multiple channels, including social media, email, print, and digital campaigns.
- Manage content creation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google AdWords, Mailchimp, WordPress, and other digital tools to ensure consistent messaging aligned with our values.
- Be a great writer who can capture our values and express our unique culture in various channels, including newsletters, social media posts, information guides, and other materials.
- Play an important role by assisting the Director in creating and administering our summer bus transportation system.
- Manage our databases by processing leads, enrollments, and billing.
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service, understanding the camp’s many stake holders.
- Ability to carry out office administration work such as billing, managing forms and crafting emails
- Experience with digital marketing with an understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Meta Advertising, Google AdWords, email marketing tools.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Express, Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with WordPress website management and basic HTML coding for content updates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
