Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role includes handling daily office tasks, managing correspondence, assisting staff, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support management and other staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, secretary, or administrative assistant preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
