Providing high-level administrative, operational, and sometimes strategic support, managing the CEO's schedule, handling communication, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing reports and presentations. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners, clients, and vendors on the CEO's behalf. The job often involves problem-solving, streamlining processes, and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure the CEO's time is optimized for company-critical tasks. Key responsibilities

  • Administrative and Scheduling: Manage the CEO's complex calendar, schedule meetings, and handle all travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal employees, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes screening calls, managing email, and drafting correspondence.
  • Document and Report Preparation: Create and format reports, presentations, and other documents. This can also include preparing materials for meetings and taking minutes.
  • Project and Operational Support: Assist with high-level projects, help coordinate company events, and manage office operations and supplies.
  • Financial and Budget Management: Track daily expenses, prepare budgets, and manage related reports.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and classified company information with the utmost discretion.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and minimize distractions for the CEO, often using good judgment to avoid escalating minor problems.

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar support role is essential, with 4-7 years of related experience being common. Experience in construction is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities are critical.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will be representing the CEO.
  • Software Proficiency: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with office gadgets and applications like e-calendars is required.
  • Professionalism: High degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to work independently, problem-solve, and anticipate needs to support the CEO proactively.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment and take on additional duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
