Role: Office Assistant
Role Purpose:
The individual will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the team. The role involves maintaining and updating data in the system, preparing purchase orders, generating reports, and assisting in day-to day communication with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and accuracy in documentation and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the system as per defined standards and timelines.
* Support the team in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
* Coordinate with senior team members to draft and send communications to internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare, compile, and share periodic reports with senior management.
* Track tasks, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
* Escalate any issues or discrepancies to senior team members for prompt resolution.
* Assist in organizing files, maintaining records, and managing documentation for audit and review purposes.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.
Skills & Competencies:
* Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to understand instructions and processes.
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong sense of ownership and commitment to accuracy and deadlines. Educational.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Graduate in any stream
* 5+ years of relevant experience in office administration, data management, or coordination roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
