We are looking for a responsible and well-organized female Office Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be polite, reliable, and able to maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards while assisting with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises (reception, meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, etc.)
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors, guests, and employees
  • Ensure the office pantry is clean, stocked, and well-organized
  • Keep the office printing/photocopy area clean and orderly
  • Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical tasks
  • Ensure timely disposal of waste and overall hygiene of the office
  • Assist during meetings, events, and visitor interactions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Previous experience in office cleaning or office support roles preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, polite, and professional behaviour
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, photocopier, scanner) is an advantage
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
