Job Description – Multi-Task Office ExecutiveDuties & Responsibilities

  • Make telesales calls and follow up with customers
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
  • Check materials before delivery and coordinate with drivers
  • Maintain delivery records and signed documents
  • Handle office filing and documentation
  • Do data entry and maintain records in Excel / ERP
  • Manage social media posts and respond to inquiries
  • Handle WhatsApp Business and customer messages

Requirements

  • Female candidate on Dependent Visa (mandatory)
  • 1–3 years experience in trading company preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of billing and UAE VAT
  • Familiar with MS Excel, email, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
