Job Description – Multi-Task Office ExecutiveDuties & Responsibilities
- Make telesales calls and follow up with customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Check materials before delivery and coordinate with drivers
- Maintain delivery records and signed documents
- Handle office filing and documentation
- Do data entry and maintain records in Excel / ERP
- Manage social media posts and respond to inquiries
- Handle WhatsApp Business and customer messages
Requirements
- Female candidate on Dependent Visa (mandatory)
- 1–3 years experience in trading company preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of billing and UAE VAT
- Familiar with MS Excel, email, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
