Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Office Assistant to handle daily office tasks and support sales activities. The candidate should be organized, confident, and good at communication.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails
- Maintain office files and records
- Handle data entry and paperwork
- Assist in preparing sales reports and invoices
- Contact customers and follow up on sales
- Support the sales team in daily activities
- Greet clients and provide product/service information
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication and customer dealing skills
- Basic understanding of sales
- Organized and punctual
- Minimum education: [High School / Graduate]
