Office Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Office Assistant to handle daily office tasks and support sales activities. The candidate should be organized, confident, and good at communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Handle data entry and paperwork
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and invoices
  • Contact customers and follow up on sales
  • Support the sales team in daily activities
  • Greet clients and provide product/service information

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and customer dealing skills
  • Basic understanding of sales
  • Organized and punctual
  • Minimum education: [High School / Graduate]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
