Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk register
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate with different departments when required

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years experience as Receptionist (fresh may apply if confident)
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Presentable personality and polite behavior

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
