We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Officer with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle attendance records, leaves, and basic HR coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
- Ensure availability of office supplies and stationery
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and reports
- Assist in onboarding documentation and employee records
- Handle basic procurement and inventory management
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Basic knowledge of HR and office policies is a plus
