Personal Secretary to the CEO ( Female)

Role Overview

MnM Tech Solution is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Secretary to support our CEO. This is not a behind-the-scenes role; you will be the CEO’s right hand, representing the executive office in high-level meetings and ensuring the smooth operation of their professional life.

The ideal candidate acts as a "gatekeeper" and a "facilitator," blending impeccable communication skills with the technical ability to manage complex schedules and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Calendar Management: Masterfully handle the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing sensitive meetings and ensuring no conflicts occur across multiple time zones.
  • High-Stakes Presentations: Prepare, edit, and occasionally deliver professional slide decks and reports for board meetings and client pitches.
  • Meeting Representation: Accompany the CEO to internal and external meetings to record minutes, track action items, and provide administrative support.
  • Digital Correspondence: Manage the CEO’s inbox, drafting professional emails and filtering communications with a high degree of discretion.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport, ensuring a seamless experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders and executives.
  • Professional Grooming: Maintains a polished, professional appearance suitable for representing the company at corporate events and meetings.
  • Tech-Savviness: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable speaking in front of groups and distilling complex information into clear, visual presentations.
  • Discretion: A proven track record of handling confidential information with total integrity.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • [1]+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar corporate support role.
  • Strong multitasking skills—able to pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
