Job Title: Senior Executive/ Executive-Admin
Role Summary:Responsible for end-to-end office administration as an individual contributor, ensuring smooth daily operations, facility management, and administrative support across the office.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall office operations, facilities, and workplace maintenance
- Oversee security, housekeeping, and office infrastructure
- Handle vendor management, contracts, and service coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement & Logistics for office requirements
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and admin documentation
- Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory control
- Coordination with the Mobile Company/Vendor for activation/deactivation and issuance of sims
- Liaison with government, regulatory, and local authorities including Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), labour departments, utility providers, and local administration for statutory compliance, registrations, inspections, renewals, and operational matters.
- Monitor admin expenses and support cost optimization
- Ensure workplace compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Support employee onboarding logistics and office coordination
Education: Graduate with 3–4 years of admin/facility management experience
