Job Overview
Grand City is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recovery Officer – Call Center to join our team at the Head Office in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer payment recoveries through outbound and inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups
- Handle inbound customer queries related to outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts in CRM/system
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements where required
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments for reconciliation
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in recovery, collections, or call center operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & CRM systems)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations professionally
