Job Summary

Digi Sparo is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals starting their careers in customer service. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
• Follow company policies and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in evening or night shifts (if applicable)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
