Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Support personal assistant tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide support for special projects or events as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications.
