We are looking for a person, who has experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and excel.
They will be filling the role of office assistant which will help with daily tasks. These tasks can include but are not limited to, reconciling accounts payable statements, entering accounts payable invoices. Posting repair orders & parts invoices, preparing accounts receivable statements, answering phones. Keeping track of office supplies, and logging receipts on excel spreadsheets.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
