Office Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Visa Consultant (female) to advise and guide clients regarding their overseas opportunities and visa options.

This is a target-based position with a basic salary. The company will provide sales platforms and generate leads to support your targets. This is an indoor sales role; no outdoor client visits are required to achieve your targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on international visa documentation and application processes.
• Counsel clients seeking Tourist and Business visas.
• Review personal sales performance regularly to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls as required.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients, both in person and through communication channels.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of overseas visa documentation processes.
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong persuasion and convincing skills (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
