Office Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team. This role involves helping manage and organize daily clerical duties, The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office experience, and excellent organizational and communication abilities to contribute to an efficient work environment.

This a Monday through Friday Role that requires availbility in the morning and afternoons.

Responsibilities

  • Ocasionally answer phones and provide customer service.
  • Provide in person customer support.
  • Ability to schedule appointments and handle customer inquiries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records.
  • Fimilar with Microsoft products or ability and willingness to learn.
  • Assist Management with day to day operations.
  • Experince using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet creation and managemnet.

Experience

  • Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tasks Perffered
  • Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential
  • Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, calendar management, proofreading, and office management practices will be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
