Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As an Office Assistant, you will handle a variety of clerical tasks, manage front desk responsibilities, and support office management functions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure clarity and precision.
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining organized records for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and filing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as bookkeeping (QuickBooks), proofing documents, and general clerical work.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant in a professional setting is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy; strong time management skills are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
