Office Assistant

Office Assistant

Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for hospital patients
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making necessary arrangements

Skills:
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Office Assistant will be expected to work on-site at our office location.
