Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support ensuring smooth office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical skills, office management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in all aspects of Quickbooks is a must.

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, answering calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, filing, bill pay, invoicing, DMV renewals
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate with owner to ensure timely completion of clerical duties and project support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment, including clerical or administrative roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
