Job Summary
This position performs administrative support functions for Public Housing Property Management, Multi-Family S8NC Programs, Accounting, Maintenance and Customer Service.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain lobby in a professional manner
  • Prepares recertification/interim packets to be sent to Public Housing Management
  • Takes and may key rent payments
  • Keeps office organized and cleanly
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients and team members effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience as a front desk receptionist, medical receptionist, dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
  • Knowledge of office management practices combined with clerical experience enhances your success in this role
