Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- · Provide administrative support to the General Manager, assisting with office and daily operational needs.
- · Assist staff with general administrative tasks to support smooth and efficient operations.
- · Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- · Monitor office supply inventory and submit orders to maintain operational readiness.
- · Communicate announcements and operational information to staff in a timely and professional manner.
- · Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and manage internal communications
- · Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, packages, and deliveries.
- · Assist with logistics for staff meetings, trainings, and other internal functions, including scheduling and preparation.
- · Process invoices for payment and accurately enter information into accounting systems or folders.
- · Perform basic data entry and clerical accounting tasks, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining records.
- · Submit work orders for office or equipment repairs and coordinate maintenance needs to support uninterrupted operations.
- · Manage company-wide inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements to uphold organizational and hospitality standards.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience. ·
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Proficient with basic office equipment and office assistance.
Pay:
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Wednesday-Sunday. Hours will vary but typically 9am-5pm.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
