Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer/generate emails and phone calls
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using Google Workspace tools.
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all records are organized and up-to-date for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times. This list is a general outline and additional or similar tasks may be asigned as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, filing systems, and general clerical tasks such as typing and proofreading.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping or basic accounting is advantageous.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
