<Duties>

  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing office documentation efficiently

<Skills>

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Strong communication skills with bilingual ability preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and office supplies management
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for supporting specialized roles
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments efficiently
