Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will also assist with pantry duties, including preparing coffee for guests and arranging light snacks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and pantry area
  • Prepare and serve coffee or beverages for guests and staff
  • Arrange light snacks for guests when required (using the office kitchen)
  • Assist with basic office support tasks when needed
  • Ensure kitchen and pantry supplies are properly maintained
  • Provide general assistance to staff and visitors

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and presentable personality
  • Ability to multitask and support office staff
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Salary: To be discussed during the interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
