What This Job Actually Is:

We’re looking for a responsible and organized Assistant to support and help monitor our field team.

This role includes a mix of administrative and clerical duties, data entry, and coordination with our service department. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

Think of it as part dispatcher, part organizer, and part problem-solver.

If you like structure, tracking details, and knowing what’s going on at all times, you’ll do well in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with dispatching and coordinating field workers
  • Maintain spreadsheets tracking field worker locations
  • Track inventory and part usage
  • Help ensure field workers are following client-specific protocols
  • Collect and organize documentation for billing

Additional Responsibilities (as needed):

  • Organize and schedule service appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Enter and manage service calls
  • Provide general support to customers and team members
  • Perform other related office duties as needed

Who You Are:

  • Organized (and able to stay that way in a fast-moving environment)
  • Detail-oriented and able to catch small issues before they become big ones
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Reliable and able to follow through on tasks
  • Communicative and not afraid to ask questions

Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Receptionist is helpful, but not required. We value work ethic and personality more than prior experience.
