Office Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities while supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations
  • Utilize word processing and spreadsheet applications to create, update, and maintain documents and reports
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office documentation
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record management
  • Coordinate and support day to day office procedures and administrative processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide administrative support as needed
  • Help maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and office systems
  • Experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
