Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our small law office. This role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing support on small details for the attorney.

Duties:

  • Use Google Workspace and Adobe Pro tools for various administrative tasks.
  • Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents

Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Adobe Pro and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally in person or over the phone
  • Spanish Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Knowledge of office equipment including scanners and printers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
