Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks, providing excellent front desk support, and maintaining organized records. This position requires strong time management skills and proficiency in office software.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Answer phone calls and manage phone systems efficiently, directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist with diverse clientele.
