Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to staff and families alike. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage calendar appointments and staff schedules
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating databases, and maintaining children's files.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset
