We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks in our facility management office. The role involves basic clerical work, organizing documents, and assisting the team with routine office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Assist with preparing reports, letters, and basic data entry
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the right department
  • Support the HR and Admin team with daily tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy
  • Coordinate with staff and technicians
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and updating records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Previous office or admin experience is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
