Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a reliable detailed -oriented Office Assistant to support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Office Manager with day -to day operations
  • Report directly to Office Manager
  • Update and maintain multiple systems on a daily basis
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous;
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
