Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer communication, and creative support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask. This is a small office providing a relaxed and stress-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and organization
  • Order parts and supplies for gaming equipment and maintain inventory records
  • Assist with record-keeping tasks
  • Support the owner and manager with daily operational needs
  • Help manage and maintain vacation rental operations (scheduling, coordination, communication)
  • Create and edit videos for advertising and promotional purposes
  • Maintain office systems and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

This is a part-time position, and the work schedule is possible flexible for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Office Administrative: 2 years (Required)
