Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Oversee calendar management for scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist in overall office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support financial recordkeeping as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist with inventory management of office supplies.
Skills
- Proficiency in file management and organizational skills is essential.
- Strong calendar management abilities to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for daily tasks.
- Strong phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting is a plus.
