Office Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team at Rick Yusi Automotive LLC. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will support administrative functions, manage front desk responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Customer support for vehicles being dropped off, picked up, and waiting appointments.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Handle calendar management, appointment scheduling, and starting estimates for customers.
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Maintain clerical duties including organizing files, managing incoming mail, accounts receivable and payable and employee payroll.
  • Provide customer support via phone, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting room area.

Qualifications

  • Clerical experience with strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good social and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Automotive experience and knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
