*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our office's daily operations and support the team in achieving its goals.

*Responsibilities*

- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

- Credit and Collections

- Manage incoming calls and correspondence

- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

*Qualifications*

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
