Office Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records.
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Support the office with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Act as a personal assistant to executives as needed, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Experience

  • Spanish and English language skill is required for this position
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
