Duties

  • Greet clients with professionalism and warmth at the front desk
  • Manage phone calls, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently
  • Handle data entry, filing, quoting and documents to maintain accurate records
  • Support office management with calendar scheduling and appointment setting
  • Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and personalized service
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and tidy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must get licensed
  • Strong computer literacy, typing speed, and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Experience working as a receptionist or in customer service
  • Ability to handle phone systems with professionalism and maintain excellent phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
