Real Estate Assistant (Part-Time | Transaction & Lead Support)
I’m seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support transaction coordination and database follow-up. This role is ideal for someone experienced with real estate systems who enjoys working behind the scenes while also contributing to client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize transaction documents using Dotloop and CRM systems
- Send contracts and documentation between all parties (clients, agents, lenders, attorneys)
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date files
- Conduct outbound calls to database leads for follow-up and relationship nurturing
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with Dotloop (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional and comfortable on the phone
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Self-motivated and dependable
Compensation:
- Monthly base retainer (based on experience and workload)
- 10% commission on closed transactions you actively assist in managing from contract to closing
