We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant(s) to join our team at The Master Insurance Agency, Inc. located in City of Industry, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Filing and maintaining office records
  • Data entry and database management
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Providing general administrative support to the office staff
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
