Office Assistant

We are seeking a long term Office Assistant to help in our storefront operation. We are a Glass Company that specializes in Commercial and Residential glass projects.

The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for customers and subcontractors via phone, emails, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and process orders
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service, ensuring satisfaction
  • Organize, and prioritize emails
  • Manage scheduling projects
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications

  • Long term commitment - 1 year or more
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace or Word/Excel
  • Reliable, professional, and able to self-manage time and projects with minimal supervision
  • 6 months previous office experience required
  • Construction knowledge is a plus
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Pay $20-22 an hour

Full time hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
